Baby girl dies after being ejected from Porsche that fell 200 feet off mountain road – Los Angeles Times

A 5-month-aged girl was killed Sunday after she was thrown from a Porsche that shed manage and dropped 200 feet down an embankment near to Palm Desert, authorities said.  

Armani Environment-friendly of Rancho Mirage was no longer correctly protected and was ejected from the Porsche, according to Officer Stephanie Hamilton of the California Highway Patrol in Indio. The child was pronounced lifeless at the scene.

For unknown reasons, the driver of the 2015 Porsche sports coupe shed control, struck the adverse of a mountain and collided along with a metal guardrail, Hamilton said.

After hitting the guardrail, the Porsche taken a trip 200 feet down the embankment.

The 51-year-aged driver and a 22-year-aged female passenger endured serious injuries and were airlifted to a location hospital, she said.

It is unclear if alcoholic beverages or drugs were a explanation in the crash.

Hamilton told the Desert Sun that rate was most likely a factor.
